Due to the corona virus pandemic, the
2020 ASL Immersion Weekend
has been cancelled.
I hope to restart the Weekend! With the many changes to prices, interest, and viability after COVID there will be some challenges. An email blast and an update to this site will keep you informed! Until then the registration form has been disabled.
Fill out and submit the registration form below. You then have 5 days to send the following 3 things via US MAIL to:

- a check or money order, payable to Joe Sapienza, for the amount of $110.00.
- a note detailing for whom the check is paying, along with that person’s contact information.
- any additional information such as arriving late, leaving early, sleeping off-site, dietary requests (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.), medical issues, etc. All info garnered will be kept confidential.
Regarding the Registration Form below:
After I receive this electronic submission – and if space is available – your place will be held for FIVE (5) days. If I have not received your check after five days, your name will stay on the list only as long as there are spaces available. When the Weekend reaches capacity, pre-registered names past their 5 day hold period will be replaced with paid registrations.
Past Weekends reached sold-out capacity in a relatively short time. Once full, the registration form below will become inactive and the home page will be updated to reflect this status. On the registration form be sure to choose:
“I want to register for the Weekend”
How to be added to the Mailing List
If you are not on the mailing list, cannot attend this workshop, and would like to be added for future workshops mailings be sure to choose::
“Can’t come this year and I’m not on the mailing list. Please add me.“
How to update your Mailing List information
If you cannot attend this year and are already on the mailing list, you do not need to resubmit your information unless there are any changes. On the registration form be sure to choose:
“I’m already on the mailing list but can’t come. Please correct my record with this update”
How to be removed from the Mailing List
To be removed from the mailing list, you can either REPLY to any email I send with your removal request or submit the form below. If you use the form, be sure to choose:
“Please remove me from the Mailing List”
No form at this time! The Registration form will be re-activated when the Weekend again becomes Live/Viable!
